The Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) is an annual bidding round which allows eligible schools to bid for funding from the Government.
The outcome of the CIF in 2020-21 was initially announced in July by the Rt. Hon. Gavin Williamson MP, Minister of State for Education, with over £434 million being provided to academies, sixth form colleges and voluntary aided schools.
Woodford Halse CE Primary Academy has been granted almost £1.5 million of school improvement funding through the CIF's latest round, and this year's successful projects also include two secondary schools from the Daventry constituency - Guilsborough Academy and Campion School. I'm delighted that this funding has been secured - it will allow these schools to maintain and expand their facilities, and provide educational opportunities to set their pupils up for successful futures.
